Vitamins are generally the rarest ingredient of the Steroidal Enhancers recipe, which adds +1 Might when used successfully. If possible, save any you find for just that; there are many other items to combat Disease in the game.
As players can no longer 4D-copy/Duplicate serums or biomods (balanced out many updates ago), Vitamins are a reasonable object to duplicate if your goal is increasing your stats.
